By downloading, installing, or using Olik Split ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Olik Split is a mobile application for tracking and splitting expenses among groups of people, as well as personal expense tracking. The App allows users to create groups, add expenses, scan receipts, and calculate balances.
You must create an account using Google Sign-In or email/password registration to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to not create accounts for fraudulent purposes.

Olik Split is a tracking and splitting tool only. It does not process payments, transfer money, or provide financial advice. All payment settlements between users are handled outside the App. We are not responsible for any disputes regarding actual payments between users.
The App, including its design, code, and content, is the property of olikbobik and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, olikbobik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
