This policy explains how Olik Split collects, uses, and protects information about developers who use our Public API and SDK. It is separate from the end-user Privacy Policy that governs personal data of users of applications built with Olik Split.
If you are an end-user of an application built with Olik Split, the Customer (the developer/company that built the app) is the data controller for your data. Their privacy policy applies. This page is for the developer relationship.

We do NOT use marketing or analytics cookies on developer-facing surfaces.
The Olik Split Public API and SDK are not intended for use by children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children in the developer relationship.
Note for Customers: if your app serves users under 16, you are responsible for COPPA / GDPR-K compliance. Olik Split provides technical features (age gating, parental consent flows) but the legal obligation is yours.
